[:en]Using the parable of the Pharisee and the Tax Collector (Lk 18, 9-14), council member Dr. Birgit Sendler-Koschel explained the simultaneous importance of transmitter and receiver, the causes of culturally conditioned (mis)understanding and the interpretation of signs and codes in communication processes. Teachers in particular are “bridge-builders” for the expansion of individual and cultural horizons of interpretation.
Prof. Annette Scheunpflug supplemented the explanations with three communication exercises to begin conversations, non-violent communication and dynamic communication.

  [:de]Anhand des Gleichnisses des Pharisäers und des Zöllners (Lk 18, 9-14) klärte Ratsmitglied Birgit Sendler-Koschel über die gleichzeitige Wichtigkeit von Sender und Empfänger, Ursachen für kulturell bedingtes (Miss-) Verständnis und die Deutung von Zeichen und Codes in Kommunikationsprozessen auf. Insbesondere Lehrerinnen und Lehrer seien “Brückenbauer” für den Ausbau individueller und kultureller Deutungshorizonte.
Annette Scheunpflug ergänzte die Erläuterungen mittels dreier Kommunikationsübungen zur Aufnahme von Gesprächen, gewaltfreier Kommunikation und dynamischer Kommunikation.

  [:fr]A l’aide de la parabole du pharisien et du percepteur (Lc 18, 9-14), Birgit Sendler-Koschel, membre du conseil, a expliqué l’importance simultanée de l’émetteur et du récepteur, les causes de la (mauvaise) compréhension culturellement conditionnée et l’interprétation des signes et codes dans les processus de communication. Les enseignants, en particulier, sont des ” bâtisseurs de ponts ” pour l’élargissement des horizons individuels et culturels de l’interprétation.
Annette Scheunpflug a complété les explications par trois exercices de communication pour enregistrer les conversations, la communication non-violente et la communication dynamique.
